Now I have 2 rare PC's. In austrailia there is a bunch of them but they are the newer 1 GhZ models, this is the first original 5100. made in week 30. My other Acer was made in week 4, so it's older. Each week they produced about 100, so there was around 4000 made, minus the 2000 that came back from the unhappy customers(these didn't do well, idk why they seem like great machines) so Acer re-used the materials to make the Veriton 5200(I have one of them, video coming soon)week 30(aka 300 I have no idea why they always add a zero) was the second last weeks of production for the veriton 5100. week 43 was the last production week of the veriton 5100. Acer veriton 5100's made up to week 10 are the rare ones, week 13- 20 are the more common 900Mhz models, and Week 21+ are the most common newer ones, with a 1GhZ Pentium iii and the New acer logo. The 5100 is commonly mistaked for a 5200, which is a completly different PC. they look almost identical on the outside, but the 5200's have 1.5 GhZ Pentium 4 processors. I hope this clarifys things for some people. The veriton 5200 didn't do well either, but is still more common because acer stopped the PC trade program that they had in the early 2000's.
