Du solltest schon wissen, was du tust, bevor du jemand anderem in die Stellungen hilfst. Dieses Video zeigt die Grundübungen des Yoga Vidya Bodywork, eine von Sukadev entwickelte Form des Partner-Yoga. Durch passive Dehnung, also entspannte Dehnung kommst du sehr viel weiter.
