WCSN Congratulations - Lauren Mitchell

Western Australia's Lauren Mitchell has cemented herself as one of Australia's best ever gymnasts over the past two years. Following on from two silver medals at the 2009 World Championships, Mitchell added a record equalling four Gymnastics gold medals at the 2010 Commonwealth Games in Delhi and won the floor gold medal at the World Championships in Rotterdam. Lauren Mitchell was also named the 2010 AIS Junior Athlete of the Year.

2011 Australian Rowing Championships LIVE and EXCLUSIVE on WCSN

WCSN Congratulates Alice McNamara

Australia's Alice McNamara climbed 1576 stairs to win the 2011 Empire State Run-Up Race in New York. After winning Melbourne's Eureka Tower version, the 24 year-old Victorian proudly represented Australia. A gold medalist member of Australia's Rowing Team, McNamara completed the race in a time of 13:03.
